After spending time with our friends @livingtea I’m feeling more rejuvenated and inspired to try to nail down a morning tea and meditation ritual. Over the past year of my sporadic practice I have learned that these special living teas especially help if you are feeling lost in who you are and what to do next. They have been my gateway to go inward where I always find some answers. And the best answers come with practice.

I saw @nitsacitrine post this quote today and it really resonated with a lot of what I am processing today. I hope by sharing it that it helps you all process through some of the trauma we are all facing. We must be there for each other. Even if it is hard to hold another when you can barely hold yourself.
